Summer Savage Challenge

Everyone wants to be a savage…until it’s time to do what a savage does….CONQUER SHIT!

There are no buy ins
There are no prizes
There are no winners

Your reward: Knowing you kicked ass relentlessly.

1.ZERO CHEATS: No cheat meals, No alcohol, No desserts, No Refined Sugar
2. Eat 5 Meals/Day Minimum
3. Drink 1 Gallon of water
4. Complete two 2-A-Day workouts. One of the workouts must include weights. (Unweighted walks or yoga do not count as workouts)
5. 7 Workouts/Week
6. No fried food or dairy
7. Acceptable complex carbohydrates: oatmeal, rice, sweet potato, quinoa, butternut squash. (No tortillas, bread, biscuits, waffles)
8. Acceptable sweetners: honey & agave
9. Fats: avocado, avocado|olive|coconut oils, natural unsweetened nut butters
10. Homemade protein shakes are acceptable (whey, vegan, beef)
11. Complete all weekly challenges
12. Daily check-in with accountability group .
13. 7-9 Hours of Sleep
14: Fruits: BE SMART GUYS. Limit 2-3 fruits/day.  

Daily check-ins will require pictures of your meals for the day. (Use a photo grid app)

Length of Challenge: July 6th –  August 3rd.
